Poor unprofessional service that needs to be over hauled.

Their services and professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. App**** for a loan on the 14/12 /2021. I get a sms late afternoon 17/12/2021 saying after numerous calls to the clever people at direct axis so called affiliate of first rand bank that my loan would payout. My thing is after numerous calls and alot of wasted time. I'm still no further with them than I was on the day of the 14/12 /2021. They simply put should not be in the customer service industry or the loans industry, as they know nothing of either. I make a call to follow up today the 18 /12/2021 and all I get is a voice message saying to me they can't take my call as they have a high volume of calls and then my call is dropped bt them. I mean get serious high volume of calls on a Saturday, bull ****.
