Poor service from Directaxis and UDU financial services!!!
I had a loan with UDU , which is a division of direct axis. My loan was repaid in full on the 03rd April 2019, but is still reflecting on my ITC profile and has thus impacted on my credit rating. After numerous hone calls and emails, no-one responds to my concerns or has even tried to solve the issue. the service I have received is frustrating and below standard fro a company that is supposed to be so established.

When one tries to apply for a loan, you get directed to the direct axis website.
So until I receive a favorable outcome, which is to have this settled loan be reflected as such on my ITC profile, it seems that the hello peter platform is where my situation will have to be reflected.
This loan is still reflecting on my UDU and ITC profile after being settled 3 months ago.

So I'm not sure if they blocking me and also not answering the telephone....
