Poor service from Direct Axis
I have paid/settle my account on the 2nd of Aug 2018 to date Im still registered as bad debt on credit bereau and they since have not uplifted the red flag,I have my debt counsellor who forwarded the email to them but NO ONE has rep**** to the mail or given me an answer why the account still with credit bureau and why is still saying I owe them

29 Aug 2018, 15:51What more info Is still required because the settlement letter was issued,got told about turnaround time and it has lapsed and I believe if it was me missing my payments I would've been charged interest and now that's it you there's nothing I can do about it.This is UNFAIR really that I get to be blacklisted still but I don't owe you
