Please be advise it very fraustrstated waking up to a bank sms stating a debt order went off after settling the account

Please advise how long does it takes to get feedback from Use its Kinda sad that this is how you treating your customers ....was this a new loan application then you responded long time ...i took you guys almost 2 weeks to provide me with a settlement amount and now its probaly going to take another 2 weeks to respond to all my previous comments.
