Have a written agreement with Direct Axis regarding my loan. Specified a certain date for which the debit order would be processed. DirectAxis treats you as if you are going to run away or not honor your debt. They process debit orders when they feel like, even before your salary has been processed. How sad to think that this is what they think of their clients. Please be aware of their cunning operations. I spoke to two consultants at customer care, absolutely pathetic. DirectAxis, take some of the interest you earn from your clients and invest it in you personnel. Learn to treat your clients with respect. It's not always about the money.
