Poor Service
I have contacted you numerous times to get my paid up letters for the accounts I had with you . I received one the other one I have requested 4 times since and no reply only the generic we will get back to you within 48 hours. This is highly frustrating as I need those letters ASAP to get my debt review clearance Certificate .
