Poor service
Good Day, I’m really not happy with DirectAxis, I have settled my personal loan with the institution on the 25th November 2022, one of the consultants told me they have closed my account and they have sent me a paid up letter- which I have received, but I am still getting calls and messages from DirectAxis saying I’m still owing them R5762.72. This is really affecting my credit score, can someone rectify this please. I don’t owe DirectAxis!

19 Dec 2022, 16:03I have sent everything you’ve requested . I received a call from one of your Attorneys, I’ve requested a paid up letter from them too. It seems like there was no communication between Direct Axis and IDA attorneys after I had made payment.
