Poor service by direct Axis
I am disappointed with the service i received from Direct axis, their call centers are not functional, you phone gets cut after waiting for a long time for a consultant.
I requested a settlement offer to settle my outstanding loan balance with them, paid the amount as per the settlement quote but to date, my account is still not closed but shows as open, i need this account closed since i have paid what is outstanding as this is having an impact on my credit score. I have tried numerous times with their call center to get it closed but it seems like they're not interested in closing the account

The account in question is in the process of being closed. The closure process takes up to 10 business days for the account to be closed and a paid-up letter is then drafted and sent to you.
