POOR SERVICE AND NOT GETTING HELP
My name is zukile and my account number *** which was handed to Mbd useless company that they don't care about other people but themselves. To my knowledge my account was paid up last year on the 9th of april and immediately it was updated on credit bureau, the last amount paid was R992. To my shock 2 months later i got a call from vvm about the same account and explained my situation even sent them the proof of payment but they didnt stop calling and today i received another call from a different company about the same acc. Last year i even sent an email to you direct axis to intervene and i am still waiting please help me.
