Poor Service and ***********.
Absolutely ridiculously poor sevice. I settled my loan in 2008 and even received a letter stating that my loan was settled in full and cancelled. Now trying to do a 2nd bond on my existing bond with Nedbank only to find out the loan was never cancelled. Customer service from DirectAxis non existant!!!!! I have spent over 4 hours only this week in calls to DirectAxis where I am just put on hold. Monday I was on hold for an hour and a half. I have spoken to 9 different people and still no assistance. Other times I would be on hold for 40 minutes and I just get cut off.

Now I have to pay R4000.00 to get my bond cancelled which WAS CANCELLED IN 2008????? I am not paying to get this cancelled when it was supposed to be cancelled in 2008. I now get an e-mail from bond cancellations stating I should get Direct Axis attorneys, not allowed to use my own, how convenient (of which no contact details are given on the e-mail) to cancel the bond and it will cost R4000.00, this is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. Please cancel this bond with immediate effect. Also, I was told a consultant will contact me, NO CONTACT received once again, only an e-mail. I have rep**** to the e-mail once again with the letter I received showing the bond was SETTLED AND CANCELLED IN 2008. Please rectify this urgently. I await your soonest response and a phonecall from a consultant.
