Poor Service

I have been trying to contact there call centre / customer service via phone and email to no avail. I have sent mails requesting my account be reviewed as I have paid way too much on interest and from what I can see from my statement the capital amount has already been settled. If someone could call me back then I’d be able to explain to them that I can no longer afford the monthly installment as my circumstances have changed. Nobody bothers to return your calls or emails but let the debit order not be paid for and all hell breaks loose. Constant SMS’s and calls from MBD Attorneys. I would never take a loan out through them again or recommend them to anyone else.
