Poor service
I struggle for the past 3 weeks with Direct Axis just to get the settlement amount on my account with reference no ***

How on earth can a financial company like Direct Axis can't provide a settlement amount to a customer that wants to settle his or her account with in minutes? Even the consultants I talk to with in the past 3 or 4 weeks were unprofessional
