Poor service

I'm having a serious concern regarding my loan that was handed over MBD attorneys,I'm paying every months but when I try to communicate with mbd you won't find them on a phone I even email and watsapp them but they don't respond,I ask them on email that I need proof or statement that shows I'm paying and they can't deliver but when I call direct axis to talk to them on my behalf they promise to do so but no letter or statement,so I rather stop paying because I don't know where my money is going.
