POOR SERVICE!!!
I was under debt review since 2016. My Direct Axis was paid off end of September 2021 and my account closed 7 October 2021. Instalments were still paid to Direct Axis by Debtreview after the account was closed, for 4 months!!! Now Direct Axis owes me over R16,000 and I am getting no feedback and still waiting for my money. Most TERRIBLE service EVER.
