Poor service

<p>Am not happy with the service rendered to me by the service provider,my issues as at point where am so irritated with the lack of acknowledgement of clients email informing the service provider as to the delay of payment,I sent in an email on 28Feb 2017 with no acknowledgement to this point in time but been hassrared with phone calls from agents whom fail to understand what you try to say as person has dropped the ball by not reading my.email.and revert to it,don't have the time to be on much.phone all the time..please just get back to my email sent...Poor service indeed ....</p>
