Poor service

<p>I have had a loan with DirectAxis now for a few years - been paying off more montlhly to save interest which is pretty high at above 28% according to my calculations - they dont show their rate on the statements.</p> <p>I ask for a temporary additional loan which was sort of pre-approved - they asked for a retail account as proof of residential address which I did send them - had to phone back in 2days to follow up on the progress but learned that the retail account was not acceptable - send them a copy of a vehicle lisence but according to the operator who's name I cannot hear (Zandile is what I hear) all PDF documents now blank on their side!!! They never reply to any emails. I remember the first application I did was finalised in a matter of hours. I have now asked the same operator to cancel the application but not sure whether this will be done. I'm therefor using this forum to make sure that they cancel the application as with the current customer service operators they might process this application in a few days (AFRICA Time) leaving me with a mess to sort out.</p> <p> </p>
