Poor service
Very poor customer service... Paid my personal loan and asked for the company to update my account and cancel my debit order, they emailed me an statement reflecting the payment on their side... They simply keep asking for proof of payment and when I emailed my transaction history reflecting the payment with reference numbers I received no further communication and they deducted the monthly payment. This is all about a month ago and I am still struggling to get a response from them.
I will not advice anyone to deal with this company.
