Poor Service

Poor Service we have received for the past 20 days. Me and my husband made a payment as our account is in arrears were told we paid the money into the incorrect account an they will allocate they payment to the correct account and that was the 26th of Feb an till today. They still call to say we owe them and everytime I call their collections is rude and their managers are not helping. Everyone is useless the matter has to been resolved and ts been almost a month
