Poor service

I did telephonic application. Last week wednesday and i was told that the application is approved but i need send 3 payslips or bank statements. I submitted the required documents on friday, but im still get messages that i need to submit proof of income documents,can someone just confirm if u got the documents and when will i get the cash cause its a week now no response was told process takes 5 days max
