poor service

I havn tried to email the company to get my loan statement but their email come back saying the recipient does not exist but however the email is the one providedton the contract, so ironic the email address is wecare4u@direct-axis but it does not seem so. What ****es me off is that I tried to get a consultant to call me regarding my statement and no one has although it stated a consultant will call me shortly, when I was applying for a loan online a consultant really called me shortly but now it is a different story. I feel like there is no sense of emergency because you already have business from me. I have been calling for 3 days just to get my statement emailed to me and I get transfered to the next person and hold for long till my airtime gets exhausted. This is so frustating
