Poor service

Complaint about Direct Axis.<br> <br> My name is Jaco Lombaard. I want to complain about some of the personal that worked for Direct Axis.<br> They phoned me Monday morning(03/08/2015) at 8 o'clock and I asked them to take all of my contact details of their system because I do not want any marketing, phone calls or any other info any more. They said they will.<br> At 10 o'clock Mariza Africa phoned me regarding my application. I asked her politely if there is any communication between the different section en levels of the company. She did not even said anything and just put the phone down in my ears.<br> I phoned back and asked if I can speak to Miss/Mrs Africa and her manager. I did not get to speak to her but spoke to a Mnr Salim Dawood her manager. I explained to him the situation regarding her rudeness and asked him if I can speak to her as well regarding the incident. He then refused me to talk to her. Apparently she was busy .I asked him since she was busy for her to phone me back and he said it was fine. From 10 o'clock Monday up to today(06/08/2015) at 8 o'clock no one has phoned me back or send a mail as I request it.<br> <br> I told him them that I will take it further then.<br>
