Poor Service

I'm a client of Direct Axis and have been making advance payments for the past year on my loan. I never receive any statement, but according to my calculation, the loan should be almost settled. I therefore phoned their offices to request a statement to verify what i perceive to be my outstanding balance. Unfortunately, after 4 attempts none has been forthcoming. I want to settle my debt guys, just give me a statement please! I am also not very comfortable on whats going to happen after settling my debt, judging on the various reviews on this site.??
