Poor ****py service and delayed response.

Direct axis at best can be likened to a bunch of juvenile delinquents. They have in my opinion have no place in the real world because for them reality and the consequences of their actions are of no concern to them. I personally had app**** for a loan with them about a month ago and the outcome was loan was approved money would be made available but due to a technicality that I raised with them from the beginning of the loan application. They said at the last minute that the loan could not be paid out. I went through top management as far as the CEO to the 2 I c. Who I understand is in charge of the department that deals with loan applications. To and from calls were made emails were sent and received and to date the enquiry of the bad service that was rendered to me and the way that it was done. Has Fallen flat on its face. It is now a case of where they choose to think that by sweeping it under the proverbial rug it will be forgotten. Sorry for you that I will not forget about this and I can not leave it at where it is now. As far as I'm concerned everything that has come out of any one of their mouths has been sugar-coated with the touch of I don't care a damn attitude attached to it. For if there was any care app**** to my case at hand it would have been resolved a long time ago and not left to carry-on un-resolved. Poor pathetic delayed and ****py service is what Direct axis is best know for. They are at the pinnacle of what it means to be bad/ useless at what they do and that is finances.
