poor poor bad service

Been waiting for a settlement letter since yesterday afternoon, of which I was promised I would get before the end of the day that was promised to me at 4pm, nearly 24 hours later I'm still waiting for the letter , the service you guys are rendering is really poor I don't understand why it takes so long to send a simple email, if I had known that you guys render out such service I would have not bothered myself to ask for a loan from you the service is beyond the word poor shocking is also an understatement just for a simple letter to wait this long,,I appeal to any one not to ever take a loan with direct axis thier service is really poor,just to get a settlement letter one waits this long..a simple letter that needs to be emailed.
