Poor/Pathetic service from Direct Axis

I'm trying to find out the status of my personal loan, I've been trying for 2 weeks but i just cant get assistance. All I want is to know is how much i owe and what the settlement amount will be. They keep referring me to the legal department but i end up holding for 50 min at at a time. This is unacceptable the one time i got through they promised to call me back with the information i require up till now nothing. In fact as im typing this message ive been holding for 40 minutes. Can i please just get assistance on this issue.
