Poor experience from customer care department

Good day, Please can I get assistance with obtaining a closure letter. I was informed that my *** will be closed after this month payment

I have been making extra payments during the term of the ***. I am no to sure why the administrator that emailed me back is requesting for this, as this should be reflecting as yet as these were last payments.

Please can I get a letter confirming the closure of the *** as all payments is now up to date. The agent I spoke to already confirmed that I will get this one the payment is made this month.
