Poor Customer Service
<p>I had a personal loan with Direct Axis years ago that was not handled well due to retrenchment but i had managed to pay up and settle the loan at the beggining of this year (2016).</p> <p>Up to date i have not received a settlement later i was promised,secondly after countless times trying to contact Direct Axis their lines keep one on hold longer than 17 min and have not recived feedback on any emails i have sent to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i cannotapply for any car finance with any dealership because I dont have anything to prove that i have settled the account with them. I've been denied over and over again beacause the system still reflects that i owe Wesbank (Direct Axis).</p> <p> </p> <p>Can somebody please assist me?</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Ms. X G Mlangeni</p>
