Poor customer service
I have requested a settlement amount and have made numerous attempts to contact DirectAxis debt review department but no one answers the phone and if someone does i am continuously transferred.
Please can I get assistance by telephone and email with a settlement and a discount letter and Bank details to make payment.

26 Jul 2019, 18:58I have received acknowledgement of email which took 12 days to receive, But no outcome. I am still waiting its been 2 weeks poor customer service - quite disappointing.
