Poor customer service

Good morning , Please could you call me between 1pm-2pm . Or via email as well .

I clearly have stated a time yet Direct Axis keeps calling me from the start of the morning -around 8am ,then continues to do so after every hour ,till the evening .This is emotionally and mentally too much at this point.The SMS's are sent numerous times in a day .

Good day , I still am getting calls from ********** about 6-10 times a day plus SMS's are constantly being sent through .

Previously I had stated unemployment status ,I had also provided retrenchment documentation .I was notified that due to a period of 3 months ,my claim was unsuccessful. Please can I be provided with documentation stating this detail as this was not mentioned to me via phone and neither did I sign a legalised binding contract stating this detail. I am still unemployed and keeping getting numerous calls from+ ********** 6003 .This is extremely frustrating ,emotionally and mentally traumatising, as I am unable to make this payment and despite providing that information last year and phoning in to explain to the situation ,the call agent could have provided me with that information at the time of my inquiries. Numerous SMS's are sent throughout the day and it's basically harassing me for the money .This type of information should have been mentioned in a case of this current situation .Your call agents are rude and do not even try to help .At this point ,I am actually out of balance and it seems to me that a clients query is not even acknowledged.

If you are referring to calls from ********** ,the call agents are actually unhelpful .All that they do is talk about payment and that is basically it .As per my understanding ,I was not notified of vital information such as a 3 month period where if in a case of retrenchment ,client is still liable for payment .That is extremely important information .The amount of SMS'S received in a day is ridiculous .From the start of 8am,I receive about 7-10 calls a day .That is unacceptable.

Still waiting on the signed contract as well as a recording stating the above was mentioned.

Unfortunately the SMS's and phone calls are non stop, I still am awaiting on the contract as well as I do not recall signing anything or being informed of anything stating vital information .This is unacceptable and if the matter continues, I will have to seek legal aid as this is harassment .The SMS's are ridiculous. Documentation was sent through last year yet the consultants did not even take initiative to inform me of the finer details, and it took 2 months to get back to me stating my claim was declined. How is an unemployed person supposed to be pay for a loan whereby T's and C's were not even explained properly to the client .

This is ridiculous!Why are you people debiting my account and unnecessary bank charges are being charged on my side .This js unacceptable. Stop harassing me !I will be taking this matter further ,as you have noticed there are no funds in my bank account yet there is still a debit order taking place over and over again!

This is not acceptable .Informtion should be provided a while ago .I have been inquiring about this issue for a while now but I keep getting the same answers all the time .I am not in the position to afford the payment and further to that ,I did not sign any contract .

A Section 129 legal letter has been issued on your Direct Axis loan. Call ********** 409 or reply 2 for a call back-i have received this SMS this morning . I have requested numerous times for a contract that was signed yet no response .you people have been harassing ,and mentally and emotionally traumatised with the phone calls and sms's.and now you people have issued a letter .I will be also seeking legal help on this issue as on yourls part ,yourl have refused to provide me with the information I need.

This is unacceptable. You can not send me an SMS's stating a legal letter and then dont have any sort of information to provide .The calls I keep getting are to keep pestering me about payment .As mentioned before I am unemployed and there are also laws that protect customers as well from credit providers. I have requested numerous times for documentation that I have stating the T's and C's ,one being a 3 month period if in a situation of retrenchment and so forth.I am still waiting for this information .

Please can a call be made at 3pm ,the calls are ridiculous. I am a student,the calls are non-stop and so are the SMS'S. Now there is interest being charged on the installments. I want the matter to be sorted out asap as certain information was not brought to my attention,neither was it explained and neither did I sign a contract .

Your Direct Axis loan payment is still overdue and is now being prepared for legal action, reply 1 for us to debit R623.84 on 30Apr, reply 2 to speak with a consultant to make a payment arrangement.Do not send me SMS's like this to scare me or threaten me .The fact that I have requested for a contract,to state, that I signed a binding document ,which stated the T's and C's ,yet there is still no response. All I get is that your department is working on it .There are also rights that protect us as clients ,and the fact that I am unemployed and I did provide a retrenchment letter last year with the necessary information, and only to get declined this year without a reason just shows the type of service you people offer. I keep receiving calls from + ********** 6003 and I am quiet sure the consultants are not calling me to discuss anything .The SMS'S are continusly being sent .And this is emotionally and mentally draining. Do not harass me for the money because I do not have the money to pay for the installments .When I had called in last year ,a consultant should have informed me of the 3 month period but yet when my claim was declined ,a reason was not provided .I had to call in only to be passed around and spoken rudely by consultants ,and not one consultant offered a solution. I am unemployed therefore that means I do not receive an income ,so how exactly do you expect me to pay an installment if I do not receive an income ?Do not harass me by sending me SMS's of legal action .I have requested for documentation along time ago and nothing has been provided .The fact that a retrenchment letter had been provided last year,contact details of the company were provided as well yet you still expect me to pay for the installment ,without even providing the correct information .Therefore do not send me the SMS's until I see a signed contract stating the mentioned details and do not send me sms's of legal action ,because I also will take this matter further ,as you people have caused me nothing but emotional and mental trauma.I am a student and the amount of stress that you people have put me through is ridiculous. The constant phone calls and SMS'S are draining yet my reason and documentation were provided on time but still declined without a reason ,which I had to find out for myself .It is disgusting to see that this is how Direct Axis values their clients.

You cannot keep calling me all the time ,I had mentioned a time of 3pm ,I have lecturers to attend too which you people keep interrupting with either calls or SMS'S. Do not call me if you are not going to help the situation and if the call is only going to be made for payment .It is not acceptable .I requested for documentation stating the above mentioned ,I expected to have results by now but I am still waiting on feedback .

I have read the loan agreement ,it does state an insurance and I do remember my loan has an insurance included in it. Please explain to me where do i stand going forward because you people keep phoning me for the money yet my claim was declined even though i was retrenched .So please explain how do i go about this going forward ?i do not receive an income ,and whatever money i do receive is for my education expenses .

The consultant that had called was extremely rude.Her attitude was disgusting .Is this how Direct Axis treats its clients ?

I would like to arrange for a payment of R200.00 ,I cannot afford the full amount at the moment ,please let me know if someone can assist me with this arrangement or am I going to be given a hard time on this?

Good day, still waiting on a response .I also noticed I had requested for an arrangement yesterday and also brought to the consultants attention my affordability issue and did offer to pay R200.00 every month till I am back on my feet again,however she was more interested in listening to her own voice then listening to the customer. Once again,I would like to make a payment arrangement of R200.00 as that is all I can afford for now ,I can not afford R600 at the moment ,if someone can please assist and understand the situation ,I would really appreciate it .

12-3 PM is fine to get in touch. Please confirm if an arrangement of R200.00 will be acceptable or will it just be back to square one again of asking me to pay R623.00 ,please let me know

Kindly advise how did my account being in arrears from R1911.21 to R2378.09.I have already made a payment of R200.00 as promised on Friday, and that too ,I was given the incorrect banking information by one your consultants . I have also made a payment today for R424.00 . If you people are going to be charging me interest all the time, the loan will just be in arrears ,and I do have a valid reason for my late payments regardless of the Ts and Cs and loan conditions ,my reason is valid and honest ,as I did provide proof of my retrenchment. I am slowly trying to get the loan up to date and I did explain that by making payment arrangement. I did not receive any calls yesterday but today within 10 minutes, i have received 3 calls in the morning .This is getting ridiculous.

I have sent through to proof of payments to customer management ,has it been received.pleaae advise .That's an installment amount of R623.00.

Kindly advise if payment was received on Friday. I had sent through an email as well to customer service ,as well stated in my previous comment about payment. The phone calls and SMS'S dont seem to stop ,and it is getting ridiculous. Good day ,I am still receiving way too many calls and SMS's in a day .It is basically harassment at the amount of calls and SMS's I receive in a day .I have stated my unemployment status and further more, the consultants are unhelpful and rude .I would like to make a payment, as i had initially stated before ,that as soon as I receive funds I will be making payment ,also to note,payment is being made from my uif as I did state this before to consultants however there seemed to be no concern what so ever .Very disappointing services .

This is absolutely ridiculous!From 7 in the morning till 10:31 ,I have received 6 calls !I am in the middle of lectures for upcoming exams and all I hear is my phone vibrating non-stop.That is just not acceptable .I am waiting to receive my UIF money which I use to pay for my loan ,since retrenchment was not accepted by Direct Axis and neither is the word UNEMPLOYED even understood .Please stop calling me every 10 minutes ,stop sending me SMS's with overdue amounts and legal issue letters.I am not running away ,I know I have to pay.So please stop harassing me ,at the amount of calls I receive from Direct Axis everyday is actually mentally and emotionally draining, it makes a person not even want to take a loan ever again .This is just ridiculous .Unbelievable!
