Poor Customer Service

I Got a consolidation loan at direct axis and everything was approved. We were informed that the loan will be paid out upon receive of proof of address, which was send thru by myself on the very same day. Since Wednesday the 11th of January up until today , I have spend over R300.00 worth of airtime by just holding for someone to help with answers and being placed from one to another person. No answer as yet and we are still waiting for a response from them even after getting email read receipts. Loan has been approved and the proof of address has been send thru up to 8 times per day, as per requested by them, before money could be released...but with no luck. Uneducated staff and absolutely non-professional service from their side. This is great frustration to myself and I will NOT recommend anybody to do business with them as they are a bunch of people with no idea of what's going on in that business. I have used up my last money to try and resolve this, but with no luck. I want answers TODAY and not a day later, seeing that this is standing still for 4 days now, please. This company is misleading people with false image of their 24 hour service mission and promise to the public.
