Poor client service
I requested a refund more than three weeks ago and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT back!!! After numerous phone calls I have not heard anything back from them nor have I received a courtesy phone call as promised! Please refund my money ASAP!! This is unacceptable!!!
