Policy Cancellation

Account Number : *** been given the runaround as to cancelling and replacing their Life Policy on my loan with DirectAxis. Several times documents have been sent to confirm policy to be able to cover temporary retrenchment and disability cover. Howver they keep declining. There cover would lessen my monthly instalment towards the loan, thus the additional amount would go towards the outstanding balance. The policy taken to replace it is cheaper. And they not happy its not there's and keep giving me the runaround for months
