Please provide my paid up letter
More of another follow up... I requested my paid up letter from your contractor and was giving several stories and told the delay is on Direct Axis side. Ver-Tex keeps saying it takes 7 days but it does not stop them from calling one 5 times a day but cannot deliver.. Is there anyway you can assist? Because I cannot afford any more delays. Im reaching out to you because you are the creditor..
