Please help

Yesterday the 6th of July I filled in the form on the website for a consolidation loan to get an instant response. After a short time a message popped up and said DirectAxis will be able to help. I must phone in to take up the offer or a consultant will contact me shortly.<br> <br> I decided to phone in yesterday and after being on hold for 45 minutes and waiting for someone to answer my call I put down the phone and waited for a consultant to phone me back. This never happened.<br> <br> So today the 7th of July I go to the DirectAxis website to request a consultant to phone me back just to get a message I do not meet the minimum requirements. Yesterday was fine what happened today.<br> <br> Could somebody please phone me so that we can resolve this
