Please close my settled account

I settled my direct axis loan on the 15/02/2021, my payment is reflecting on my loan account. I have sent closure request via email and Twitter but until now, my account is still not closed so I can not get a paid-up letter. Customer service and customer experience at direct axis is at the lowest level. I demand that direct axis close my account today and provide me with a paid-up letter. I am so gatvol right now
