Please can you keep to your promises

This is my third complaint I have only received one response via a Telephone call and a promise posted on Hello Peter that indeed my query is being attended to, I am so dissappointed becasue it seems no one can give me a straight answer, I feel abused my telephone call ended in the consultant telling me that all I want is a huge saving and they only can respond to any querys concerns or questions we have via a script, when in fact the queries and concerns I had was not addressed at all. Please can I get a competent person to call me and address my issue. PLEASE!!! You have actually just qualified all my concerns I had about the way you do business by you not responding to me.
