please be straightforward, stop misleading people

Hi. I app**** for a direct axis online application and they said a consultant would be in touch with me. They kept on sending texts for me to call them which I did not due to my busy schedule. Yesterday a consultant called me and I took out time to speak to them. She asked me the loan amount i was looking for and after collecting my details i.e my bank account number and I'd included and asking me a few questions she told me she was waiting for the system to say whether I've been approved or not then after some minutes came back on congratulating me that I'd been approved. She sent me to listen to the terms and conditions then I spoke to onother consultant yet again who told me that I had been approved for a loan amount of R15 500 and 36 month term and still sold me life insurance which I took and so my installment would be eight hundred and something rand monthly. She promted me to send a colour copy of my Id and proof of residence which I did via email. I received an sms that my loan had been approved and a reminder to send the documents and name them id in the subject line. Suddenly today I received an sms at 8.30 that I was unsuccessful after they said I had been approved.
