Please assist urgently

I called in this morning requesting urgent refund of the R8009, which I incorrectly transferred to you via my online banking. I urgently plea with you to expedite the matter as I am without anyfunds and have a family that depends on me. I am unable to wait for 10 days for a refund and FNB confirmed I cannot retract the transfer so I am at your mercy to refund me urgently.
