PERSONAL LOAN: DIRECT AXIS

During January 2012 I placed myself under debt counselling. I had then a personal loan at Direct Axis. Account no ***. On 16 May 2014 I received a paid up letter on this account,. On 20 March 2015 I received my clearance certificate from Debt Sense Group, George which stated that I has been discharged of all my obligations in terms of the debt re-arrangement order granted by the court..<br> On Thursday, 2015-08-20 I app**** for a vehicle loan at FNB, Oudtshoorn and it was rejected due to the fact that Direct Axis listed me at Transunion Credit Buerau and that I have still an amount of R11 305 outstanding and in arrears with my payment!!!<br> I contacted them on 2015-08-21 at 13:17 on no *** and their response were that they have to apply for a recent settlement letter and if that letter still shows that I have an outstanding account, I have to phone them again within 12 to 48 hours.<br> On 2015-08-25 at 14:35 I phone them on no *** and was informed that the account was tagged and I have to phone no *** which does not exist!! I phone 2 other numbers without an outcome.<br> I need to clear my name in order to apply for a vehicle loan and feel that this matter shou
