Personal Loan
I app**** for a personal loan which was approved 3 days ago. I was assured that the funds would be paid out immediately. When I enquired about this during the weekend, I was told that there was a system issue, however funds would be paid out same day...I am still waiting....if I don’t phone, I get no update and still zero funds!!

08 Jan 2018, 16:09What a horrific experience!! So I get phoned twice today, first time to tell me my application was successful, however incomplete (after I finalised and accepted quote and T’s and C’s on Friday), I then had to mail id and POA (which I also did on Friday)!! Then I get called again to say they have received docs but need my marriage certificate..which I then sent...just to get an sms now to say application was cancelled!!!! When I called in to query this, I had to go through process again...please can someone qualified assist and finalise this????
