Pensioner 67 - Without Work

Customer is an pensioner who took out a loan while he worked, he has been without work since 2010 when his son whom he worked for passed away. He has no income only a pension of R1300 for boarding, water & lights and food which is not even enought per month for him and his son whom is also battling to find work. His acount was handed over by Direct Axis to various debt collectors, as he has no money I have written a letter with an affidavit and copy of ID stamped by the police. The customer has no money and has now become very ill, I have noted this in the letter. At present as I type the customer is in ICU for heart surgery at baragwanath hospital and with a posiblity of cancer. It is sad how financial organisation try to get pensioners and sick pensioners money they phoned him just before his operation to demand R11000.00, while his pension is used to support 3 people. My take is in the first place due to age, this loan was a risk yet he was offered a loan while pensioners age. All the debt collectors said is that the customer is liable, so where the hell must he get the money from, does any one sell trees. I am tired of writing letters with this regard.
