Payout still pending after a week due to system issue
I was approved for a personal loan and told it would be paid out Wednesday 31 Aug. I've been waiting for this to be done for a week now and still haven't received the funds. Whenever I call I'm told there is a system error when they try to do the payout and IT are working on it. I think this is unacceptable. How can you keep a customer waiting this long???
