Payment arrangement not done correctly

I just saw my statement today it says I will be paying 7k ??? I spoke to a lady and told her that I will make payment arrangement not for you guys to deduct double I am not in a good position to even pay that amount it is difficult to even meet the normal installments I can only be able to add 600 on top of the normal installments please divide the debt by 6month and include it on my monthly payment dont do as you please as if you guys are the ones who will be liable for this debt 7k are u serious??? Why dont ur agent listen I requested payment arrangement for the areas didnt say I will pay 8k this month 😤
