Pay back the money

So I app**** online for a loan application. It was fast n easy and once I was approved for a certain amount I was happy with their response and forwarded all required documents. After nearing a week I was anxiously awaiting the funds as I was about 99% done with my application... only to find the amount I was approved for has been reduced . I've done my.homework.before applying for this personal and mainly required it for building renovations. I would not go into something I haven't done my homework on and triple checked my budget before agreeing to a short term commitment. I decided to cancel the application because the amount offered was not going to work for me. On top of things I am now batting to get my invitation fee back as this throws out my budget completely this month. They can't tell me when I will get my money back. In future stop sending me juncmail for preapproval of loans. I've taken out a loan previously and never missed and even paid it before the term date... HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE. You wasted my time and money for this past week with this application. I need my money back please or I will take further steps.
