PATHETICALLY POOR!

I had a review up a week ago. Someone called me to try and remedy it, I havent heard back from that person since. In short: The account showed arrears since my payment relief request keeps getting pushed for whatever reason (constant smses saying they need another few days etc) I even signed the new contract for the payment relief already. Got to a point where I just paid the account "arrears" so I could finish my bond application. I need DIRECT AXIS to UPDATE my experian and ITC to confirm paid in full and no arrears. I NEED THIS DONE IMMEDIATELY SO DO NOT CALL ME IF THIS ISNT THE CASE!!!!! This is pathetic, not in my wildest dreams did I expect to get payment relief and then direct axis to go and list it as missed payments. Total and utter nonsense yet I bare the grunt of the issue at hand. SO GO INVESTIGATE IT IN YOUR OWN TIME, but DO NOT disadvantage my financial position due to your INADEQUACIES dealing with your clients and systems. put the right people and process in place if you want to survive in this time and day.
