PATHETIC UNPROFESIONAL *********** PRACTICE!!!

Just recived their personal loan on sunday ( 24/01/2015 ), on Monday (25/01/2015 ) i decided that i dont need the loan aanymore and asked for the settlement amount quote ehich they said they would email it to me and whilst waiting on the phone afteralong chat with guy who was assisting me i told him i havent received any quote yet and he told me that i will get it later , on tuesday (26/01/2015) there ws still nothing i had to make a call again to requestfor a quote of which a lady tld me they would send it . i received the quote on wednesday ( 27/01/2015) at around 15:00 which they stated that is only valid from 25-26 january (remember the date on which i receive is 27/01/2015) neverthless i went to the bank to do the eft, but the account they gave me isnt working i went to the bank five times after calling them and more than 8 times to clarify the account details but there seemd to be no light. after atempting to do eft on the bank i decided to do it myself via internet banking but stil no luckn. i then called them to debit. stil today ive been trying to call them but they keep on giving me new settlement amount wtout debiting.I will never evr rengage myself with tjis company!!
