Pathetic shocking client service

I opened a new loan in January this year been an additional loan and was approved and existing loan settled. It is now August and I have not received a statement to date.i have been attempting for a month now to obtain all statements on this new loan but to no avail.i have spoken to 4 call agents on various occasions and was promised statements is system generated and promises made to sent statements via email .still nothing to date.asked if I can speak to a manager and all of a sudden everyone is at a meeting.still waiting for a call from team leader or manager.as an outstanding good client with direct axis for many years this is pathetic unprofessional and just not on.last call agent I dealt with was annalisa and she said email captured incorrect and rectified but still no statements.no call either from manger wendy James.what is going on there.shocking client service!
