Pathetic service from Direct axis. They don't even respond
Hi I am still waiting for feedback since my last query , automated response acknowledging my complaint isn't a response at all. Furthermore, I have been trying to get hold of collection department and no luck . This is pathetic service to say the least , nobody is taking accountability for my query .
