Pathetic service!
I have unsubscribed from DirectAxis' email communication at least 10 times. Their customer service is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and PATHETIC to say the least! When you try and call their customer care, the line is muted and you aren't assisted. I am highly irretated and fed up, for not being assisted properly!
