Pathetic service DirectAxis

I took up a further loan in July 2023 of which the 1ste loan was supposed to be settled with the 2nd loan. Payment was made into the 1st loan account from Directaxis but never closed. I am trying since August 2023 to get this loan account closed with no luck. Call centre keeps on saying different things and until today. No one from Direct Axis made contact or reply to emails. I am fed-up trying I have spent more than R300 on phone calls and spending 28 min plus holding on with no solution.
